  • Bentral — our booking and availability system. When you check availability or submit a booking, Bentral processes the dates, guest count and contact details you provide.
  • Usercentrics — the consent management platform behind the cookie banner on this site. It records your cookie choices.
  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics, and only runs after you've given consent through the Usercentrics banner.

Data We Collect When You Use the Site

We collect data about the browser and device you use to access this website — unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device and operating system, IP address, and the date, time and referrer of your visit. We use various technologies to do this, including cookies and local storage; the Usercentrics banner lets you control which of these run beyond what the site strictly needs to function.

Data You Submit

When you use a form on this site — a booking enquiry, a contact message — you provide personal data such as your name, email, phone number and any message you write. We use this exclusively to respond to you and to fulfil the enquiry or booking.

  • Email — unsubscribe from any email at any time via the link it contains, or by contacting us directly.

Disclosure

We don't sell or disclose your personal data to third parties, except: to the processors named above, strictly for the purposes described; where required by Slovenian law (for example, the legally mandated registration of guests); or with your explicit consent.

Video Surveillance

The exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras, covering outdoor areas only — no camera monitors the inside of the cabin or any of its rooms. Footage is used solely for the safety and security of the property and its guests, is not shared with third parties except where required by law, and is kept only as long as necessary before being deleted.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your device and our servers, restrict access to personal data to those who need it to do their job, and review our data-handling practices periodically.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Data we're legally required to keep (for example, guest registration records) is kept for the period the law requires; data kept on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw that consent.

Your Rights

If EU data protection law applies to you, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
