CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be in writing and our refund policy is: – 60 days before arrival: 100 % of the paid reservation cost will be refunded – between 59 days and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the paid reservation cost will be refunded – between 29 days and 1 day before the confirmed date: no reservation cost will be refunded In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no reservation cost will be refunded. In case of guest leaving earlier during their stay, no reservation cost will be refunded.
PAYMENT METHOD: Payment methods accepted are via Bank Transfers (SEPA) or Credit Cards.
